Tee Time Booking Policies

By Booking a Tee Time at South Wales Golf Course, you Agree to the Following Terms & Conditions:​

  • Booking Online:  

  • One Credit Card and Email Address are required for all Online booked Tee Times. Whoever books the Tee Time is financially responsible for ALL of the "Guests” listed on the Tee Time.

  • Phone in Tee Times: 

  • We do not accept Phone in Tee Times unless you're booking Multiple Tee Times in  a reservation.

  • To book Multiple Tee Times you must call our Pro Shop and they will get you in touch with Management. 

  • All multiple booked Tee Times in one Reservation must be prepaid. ​

  • Our Pro Shop Staff may be unable to answer your call on busier days or put you on hold, so please leave a voicemail and we will try to get back with you ASAP.

  • No Show & Cancellation Policy: 

  • Whoever books the Tee Time Online is responsible for Cancelling their Tee Time Online, or by Phone at least 2 Hours in Advance of your Tee Time. ​

  • If you Cancel a Tee Time, or Remove a Player from it within 2 Hours of your Tee Time, you will be charged a Green Fee per player. 

  • If you No Show or wait until you Arrive at the Pro Shop to let us know that your Guest is not playing, that is a “No Show”. For a “No Show” you will be charged a Green Fee and Cart fee for the each of players that did not arrive on the booked Tee Time​

  • ​If you are calling to Cancel a Tee Time or Remove a Guest and we do not answer the phone you must leave a Voicemail Stating you are trying to Cancel your Tee Time completely, or just remove a Guest.

  • Weather Cancellations: 

  • You will receive an Email from us if you have booked a Tee Time on a day where we have Closed the course for Weather Conditions. As well as a Full Refund if you have Prepaid for your round. ​

  • If we are still Open, then the same cancellation policy stated above applies, so please go to our website to check the conditions before coming to the course. You will also receive an email in the morning if we have a Play Delay.

NOTICE

 

All Singles & Twosome Golfers

​​​​​​are subject to being paired up with other golfers when scheduling any Tee Time. (Your Tee Time may be moved when being paired)

NOTICE

Outside Alcohol is NOT PERMITTED at South Wales per Virginia ABC Laws.​​

​

Any coolers brought onto the property are subject to search.
