By Booking a Tee Time at South Wales Golf Course, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions:

• Booking Online: One active Credit Card and Email address are required for all online booked Tee Times. You have the choice of adding "Guests" or "Existing Customers" to your Tee Time in Chronogolf, but please understand that you are financially responsible for your "Guests" since they are not required to add a Credit Card. An "Existing Customer" would have their card on their profile already, since you have to add a Credit Card to create a Chronogolf Profile.

• Phone in Tee Times: We still accept phone in Tee Times but a Credit Card is also required to book over the phone. Our Pro Shop Staff may be unable to answer your call on busier days or put you on hold, so leave a voicemail and we will try to get back with you ASAP. But we prefer if you book your Tee Times online for this reason. 

​

• No Show & Cancellation Policy:  Golfers who fail to cancel their Tee Time via Phone Call or by going onto their Chronogolf Profile outside of 3 hours from their Tee Time, will be charged a No Show fee which is the listed Green Fee Rate for that day. 

• If you have an Emergency/Issue that occurs during the 3 hour cancellation window before your Tee Time, you may be able to avoid being charged, but it does depend on the situation.

• Weather Cancellations: You will receive a email from us if you have booked a Tee Time on a day where we have Closed the course for Weather Conditions. As well as a Full Refund if you have Prepaid for your round. If we are still Open, then the same cancellation policy stated above applies, so please go to our website to check the conditions before coming to the course.
