By Booking a Tee Time you agree to the following Terms & Conditions:

• ALL Golfer(s)/Player(s) By Booking a Tee Time(s) at South Wales Golf Course you are financially responsible for the listed “Golf Rates” for your reservation and for the number of Golfers/Guest(s) you include in your reservation.  

  

• No Show Policy:  Payment is required for all Players/Guests listed on your reservation unless cancelled at least 24 hours prior to your Booked Tee Time. Should a Golfer(s)/Player(s) that is added has a Guest(s) to your reservation, DOES NOT SHOW UP, The Golfer/Player booking the initial tee time for a Guest(s) will be financially responsible for both themselves and their Guest(s). NO SHOW Golfer(s)/Player(s) will be charged $20.00 per tee time. ​

• Cancellation Policy:  Booked Tee Times must be cancelled at least 24 hours in advance of the Booked Tee Time to prevent a No Show Policy fee.  Failure to cancelled a tee time at least 24 hours in advance of the Booked Tee Time will result in a NO SHOW POLICY charge/fee and may result in Suspended Online Privileges for future reservations.

 

• Players with Guest: Any player Booking a Tee Time for a group, Must List the Other Players Names (i.e. Guest) at the time the Tee Time is Booked.​

 

• Afternoon Tee Times: No 18 Hole play will be permitted 3-1/2 hours before our scheduled closing. Our closing hours are listed on our website.
